How do I store CESAR wet products?

Prior to opening, we recommend storing cans and plastic trays in a cool, dry environment. Once opened, the unused portion should be refrigerated and fed to your pet within three days.

The serving sizes of these are a bit small but they served perfectly as special treat additions to our dog's hard food. She absolutely loved these things. Because she had other food meant to meet certain nutritional needs she had these served as more of a special treat but as she aged we allowed her to rely on the Cesar food more and more since with age her interest in other food diminished for just about everything except the Cesar foods. Our dog was a 29 pound cattle dog so for her these helpings would be a bit small if they were her only food until her later days, but it was wonderful seeing how much she liked these foods. Sadly, we lost her a week ago but otherwise we sould still be purchasing the Cesar dog foods. The availability of various flavors was a nice bonus.
I think you should base on the size portion you need on your dog's size but overall I think these are great foods that take up little space, store easily and never caused any issues such as GI upset, etc.

I know - it’s dog food! Cats are not supposed to have dog food. But they will not eat any of the beef varieties of cat food. Who knows what goes into it, Beef by products - what the heck is that??

I feel they need some beef from time to time so they don’t get bored with just poultry. And this IS a once-in-a-while treat - too costly for a steady meal choice with 6 hungry kitties to feed. The little trays are packed to the top and not diluted with a lot of broth so I add a couple of t-spoons of warm water to soften & mix the gelled broth into the meat. This way gives every kitty a nice dab of beef. I add dabs of poultry & fish. Every kitty is happy and I’m not wasting any food.

My dogs love this food.
The quality is not the highest but it usually sores in the upper half of dog foods.
One dog picks up the tub and goes outside to eat her meal.
The other likes us to break up the patty.

Main issue: these were .50 per tub in 2019 now they are over a dollar per.

My dog loves this food and gets a different variety daily. I like the little trays for the individual dinners, however wish they would package the different flavors so that I don't have to take them all out and place them in an order that my dog will get a different flavor each day.
